have to be very determined and made up purchase decision fast at this shop, as it is after checking in and passing through immigration, leaving just enough time to go to the airline gate for boarding, (problem is: you really don't know approx how much time needed to go to the boarding gate, unless you are a frequent flyer for the same airline destinations) and there are quite many customers in the shop and lining up to pay cashier (mostly mainland chinese), last time i had to give up my last minute purchase seeing the crowd of people inside. actually i intended to buy some creams and medicines for enzema, the shop staff were eager...

I recently visited a pharmacy at Hong Kong International Airport and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The staff seemed indifferent, merely standing around and making no effort to assist customers. They would brush past without any acknowledgment, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, all the products were displayed with Chinese descriptions facing forward, making it extremely challenging to identify medicines, especially when in a hurry. This establishment could be considered a convenience store if only the customer service assistants actually cared to provide...
