I have bookmarked this place for some time now after first reading about it on social media. Finally paid my first visit there and tried one of them signature soufflé pancakes with a friend. 🥞

We visited on a Friday early evening and it was already half full. The space was quite small so it did feel a bit cramped and not very comfortable when it was fully seated.

𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗹𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗷𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 (HK$138) One of the many flavours they have on the menu. The preparation time is 20 minutes if you’re ordering savoury food as well, you can consider waiting for the savoury food to arrive first and then order your pancakes.

Texture was very soft and airy. I didn’t taste much of the hazelnut other than the crunchy bits of chocolate on the side. Overall it was on the sweeter side but not overpoweringly sweet. I think I prefer a slightly denser texture and a richer taste of eggs for my pancakes - this one was so fluffy that it felt guiltless and I could devour it in a minute like nothing when I shared it with a friend. 🤤 3.5/5

𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 (HK$78) I love coriander so having this as the only vegetarian pasta on the menu was perfect for me. 🌿

Super creamy and fragrant, the taste of coriander and basil complimented each other, pasta was not overcooked but more on the softer side. Surprised that I actually enjoyed this one more than the pancake. One thing I’m not so sure about was the salad / corn on the side, I think they come with every pasta dish but the portion was so small and it didn’t really go with the pasta. 🤤 4/5

🌱 Vegetarian friendly: It’s a pancake house so understandably they have limited savoury options and the pasta I ordered was the only vegetarian one. Overall their menu is quite extensive from soufflé pancakes to parfait and waffles 🧇 and more. 🙌 Friendly service, there was only one waiter but 💯 attentive.

If you're looking for good desserts, especially soufflé pancakes, this place is worth a visit. They nailed the texture and flavor. I’m not usually into pancakes with that eggy aftertaste, but theirs had barely any. The pancake even held its shape after sitting out for a bit, which is pretty impressive.

The strawberry waffles were amazing too. The strawberries weren’t too sour, so no scrunched-up faces, and they balanced really nicely with the sweet batter and ice cream.

Since desserts will need some time to prepare, we ordered a few mains while waiting since we hadn’t had lunch yet. The portions were just right. Not too big, not too small. Everything was served hot and seasoned really well. I especially loved the mentaiko sauce they used on the pasta. So good.

The place probably fits around 15 people, give or take, so if you're going with a big group, it's a good idea to check ahead. All in all, it was a great experience. The lady helping us was super kind and attentive, even though she was doing everything from serving and cleaning to handling...
