The food here is garbage. For fraction of the price, you can eat at the 7-Eleven right across the street and it'd save you the trouble of writing bad reviews.
The chef there must be allergic to salt, because the dishes were completely bland, tasteless and downright ugly.
"Capellini with clam and white wine and garlic" I had was so bland, it was pretty much boiled pasta tossed with boiled clams. I had to asked them for table salt. Also they left the clams in their shells. Why? so i can taste how fresh the broken pieces of shell that were mixed into the pasta?
The "Risotto with black truffle and mushroom" was also disastrous. It had no black truffle whatsoever. It was possibly cooked using truffle oil instead. I could only taste the mushroom and nothing else.
Finally, for after dinner drink, I ordered just coffee. I dont know how they can manage to screw this up, but they did. The black coffee came covered with milky bubble. Which can only mean the apparatus they used had milk/cream residue in them, which nobody bothered to clean. The coffee was burnt. For 34 hkd I'd expect at least instant coffee, but instead i got something that was fetched from the bottom of the toilet.
I wouldnt had bothered to write such thorough review if the food wasnt this bad.
If charge me 370hkd, but they didnt even have the decency to give me 37hkd worth of...

My family and I struggled to make a reservation on Friday and finally made one of this restaurant as it was still available with good reviews. We were so disappointed! We paid more than $1,200 for 4 persons.
The steak, pork loin chop and fries were “meh” at best, but the soup, risotto and pork knuckle were just awful. The soup feels and tastes like a gross mixture of flour and seafood water; risotto was soft and immersed in rather tasteless liquids just like congee; and the pork knuckle was so dry.
The restaurant was full of guests on both stories and tables were so close to each other. Several parties were so loud that we had a headache that lasted the night from sitting in an enclosed space with them for 1.5 hours.
Funnily, when trying to post the same review on OpenRice, the website asked me to accept the risks of litigation due to the “severity of allegations”. Really shows how transparent the site is and why there are such good reviews for this...
Read moreHave my department dinner at this cafe which is within walking distance from our hotel and near to Yau Ma Tei MTR. The food serving is a bit slow especially for the dessert. We have ordered a black truffle fries, pork chop, beef steak, bbq chicken wings and lava cake to share. The pork chop and beef steak, can taste that the meat is very soft and tender, it is grill to perfection and I loved the taste of it. Waitress got a bit of mix up of our ordering though, highly recommended to try out this cafe. When we reached the cafe, there is just a few tables but it is getting crowded as time pass by. If visited Hong Kong again will definitely be back to try out its other...
