Whampoa Promenade — Local services in Kowloon

The food was pretty good and it venue is nice. Down point is there were too many people, food is not refilled quick enough, constant long lineups for food, food runs out. Major down point is there was a cockroach crawling on my chair.

The hotel needs better hygiene. The staff quickly took my chair away along with the cockroach. They didn’t do any follow ups after taking away the chair as if nothing happened. It was not a good experience.

In terms of the food variety, there is quite a lot. Taste wise, pretty good. The oysters are fresh. Lobster and scallops were one of their popular items. They are quickly gone after replenish. Desserts runs out before the buffet ends.

Food is great. The buffet provides spider crab legs, fatty duck liver, roasted lobster, oysters and the quality desserts.

The lamb rack is soft and tender.
