We have ordered the dim sum buffet via kkday. The staff are reluctant to work. They are not friendly and rude. They ordered the guests to wait until they mentioned their ticket number in a bad manner. When we arrived the table, I could see some dirts on the plates under both teapots. I asked them to change and one staff told me this was not a big deal because this only held the teapot but not the food. We were shocked. We ordered food through the mobile phone but quite a number of our orders missing. Each waiter served dim sum from different directions which interrupted our meals. They also shared a menu online you can eat menu. The menu looks long, making it seem like there are a lot of options. However, there are many repeated items.
