DO NOT come here, especially when it’s busy!
This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The service and management are beyond terrible. I booked a table for Valentine’s Day, expecting a nice evening, but what we got was an absolute nightmare. The restaurant was busy, but not packed to its limit, yet they were completely understaffed, and the few employees present were either incompetent, indifferent, or downright rude.
From the moment we sat down, it was clear that service was going to be a disaster. We arrived before 8 PM and ordered the Valentine’s Day set menu for $1,188, along with two sangrias and fries. It took an hour just for our drinks to arrive, by which point, our starters had already gone cold. I repeatedly tried to flag down a waiter, waving my hands like an idiot, only to be blatantly ignored. When I finally got someone’s attention, all they said was, “It’s coming.” Twenty minutes later, still nothing.
At that point, I lost patience and had to physically get up and ask the same staff member about our drinks. By the time they finally arrived, it was 9 PM—over an hour after we ordered. You’d think that meant our main course was coming soon, right? Wrong. We sat there in the cold, waiting, until 10 PM, growing more frustrated by the minute. Not a single staff member checked on us, and when I tried to speak to someone, I was either ignored or brushed off. The management was a complete joke—unorganized, overwhelmed, and utterly useless. One waiter was so frazzled that he was openly arguing with his coworkers instead of helping customers.
At 10:20 PM, after more than 2 hours of waiting, I finally snapped. I confronted the manager directly, making it very clear just how furious I was. Magically, three minutes later, our main course appeared along with dessert at the same time, as if they just wanted to rush us out.
And after all of that? The food wasn’t even good. Absolutely not worth the price. 10% service fee LOL
This place is a absolute disaster, horrible service, laughably bad management, complete inefficiency, and zero regard for customers. Our Valentine’s night was ruined because of this pathetic restaurant. Avoid this place...
Read moreA hot spot without the deserved hot. This place has the potential to be really good but it lets itself down by incredibly remarkable bad service and lack of attention. I'm from the UK and hesitate to put my hand up to request for service but here felt quite comfortable to put my hand up high like a school kid to get attention of anyone and any staff for anything. Pretty much everything we asked for we had to ask for twice or thrice. Water for the kids never came until the third time of asking, food orders were wrong and we had to do a round of applause after the second of two old fashioneds ordered finally came after 3 askings, one even getting up to the bar to check if the staff had even passed the order correctly. Thankfully the food was good (enough)n and for us the company made up for it..we still had a great time with good friends. Atmosphere is good and lively and the saving grace light in the tunnel for service was the shisha guy. Please take a leaf out of his book and learn something. But please don't rest your lorrels just because you play good music and have a good view. Great night. But wasn't thanks to...

The portion sizes at this restaurant were unacceptably small for the premium prices charged. The Seafood Rice ($298 HKD) contained merely a few tablespoons of rice - while the flavor was acceptable, there was hardly enough to properly evaluate the dish.
The Truffle Pizza ($238 HKD) was a letdown, featuring an unappetizingly thin crust that lacked the essential crispy texture. The Calamari Fritti was equally disappointing, arriving limp instead of crispy, making it possibly the worst calamari I've experienced. While the Suckling Pig ($298 HKD) offered good flavors, the cut was unusually thin, affecting the overall texture.
Despite spending over 300 HKD per person, our group left hungry - a clear indication of the poor value proposition. Given the high-end pricing and subpar execution, I cannot recommend this establishment. There are far better dining options in this price range that offer both quality and...
