Thanks to the service provided by the staff. Each morning, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming team. What stood out most was the genuine and heartfelt care shown to my elderly father, it was clear that the staff treated him with sincere respect and thoughtful attention, which deserves special praise.

The team was attentive and efficient, ensuring that every buffet dish was consistently replenished and beautifully arranged. They kept all the buffet food warmers well stocked and maintained a spotless dining area.

The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including halal and vegetarian dishes, making it easy to accommodate special dietary needs.

A particular highlight was my dad’s favorite chicken congee, available every morning. The congee was exceptionally well-prepared, smooth, comforting, and full of flavor, giving us a true taste of home. Tables were kept clean, empty plates were cleared quickly, and the self-serve espresso and coffee machine provided excellent coffee to start the day.

Came after watching youtube video from a famous Hong Kong youtuber. We booked early so we got 20% off (=$600 per person). All the seafood was not fresh. Crabs were mushy and salty. Tuna sashimi was very dark colour as if they were marinated in soy sauce before. Nothing really stood out from this 5-star hotel's restaurant. The only quality food is the ice cream (movenpick).

Some diners cut the queue when we were waiting for a refill of the lobster dish. Unfortunately, the lobster didn't taste very good either.
