Very very bad experience😡😡！||||We’d previously reserved a room, but due to some reasons, we’d contacted the Sales Department via email, requesting the change of the booking date from 23 October to 4 September. Confirmation of change was sent to us via email from the Sales Department.||||On 4 September, when we did the check-in, the staff of the front desk, who attended us with a tired face and day dreaming, told us that he couldn’t find our booking. Hearing his answer, my first impression was “What? What happened to this hotel?||||My husband, thought very very unsatisfied with his answer, showed him the confirmation email sent by the Sales Department staff. Knowing what’s happening, his college phoned directly to the sales department, asking for information. From their conservation, we came to know that the staff in charge of this booking of the Sales Department did not inform this change nor make this change be noticeable in the intranet of the hotel. ||||Only after these annoying procedures, which lasted for almost 15 minutes that we were able to do the check-in. ||||Most information thing is, except us, there’s no other client doing the check-in.||||Imagine what would a tourist feel when U had made a booking and the staff told U that he didn’t find the booking!||||Moreover, We’ve asked the staff if there’s any car park available in this hotel, they just say no. However, we saw that some cars were also parked for a short while in front of the entrance of the hotel, just for the pick-up and drop-off of passengers. Why didn’t the staff tell us this when we asked for the parking information.||||It’s really really a bad experience. Never stay anymore in...

I had a fantastic two-night stay at this hotel. It was centrally located, the staff was friendly, and the wifi functioned well both in and out of the room. The room itself was spacious, modern and comfortable, and included all the comforts you could hope for: basic toiletries, robe and slippers, room safe, air conditioning... the things that would be considered the modern essentials for a 4-star hotel. The hotel itself offers other services and amenities, some of which were a gym/fitness center, and a pool: indoor pool and outdoor pool, with adjacent hot tub. (Photo below is of outdoor pool view). The only complaint I would make is with regards to breakfast. The breakfast room is spacious and comfortable and, at first glance the buffet table looks overwhelming because there seems to be so much choice. But in reality, once you move aside the breads, and the desserts (which I couldn't really have for breakfast), you have mostly Asian breakfast options (noodles, rice and veggies), or western options that do not look or taste appealing. The eggs in particular were a let-down. The redeeming factor is that they offer 4 or 5 dishes which they will make for you once you request them, and I ordered an omlette both days I stayed. (It was quite good as well). But if you can look beyond breakfast, I'd highly recommend this hotel. Especially if you are looking to avoid staying in a casino...

We were very excited to celebrate my father’s bday in the hotel. Check in process was smooth, we checked in for 2nights. We were happy with the room.. UNTIL...we found COCKROACH when I was washing my hands in the bathroom. I took a picture of it to show the staff. But my little brother saw another one under the bed. I was trying to call the call center but phone in the living room was but working.. while my father was eating in the living room, ANOTHER BIG COCKROACH!!!!!! and my dad stepped on it.. Called the call center and they said someone will go up to the room. Room attendant came wearing gloves and asked where did we see the cockroach, we pointed the dead cockroach and he just picked it up and asked if there’s more.. I said i saw in the bathroom and under the bed. I asked for the manager but he said the manager went home already. I asked for a supervisor or anyone in charge and he said he will call them. 1 man and a lady came asking the same question.||The man who was talking to me, hands on his pocket and he even laughed coz they said they do not know why there were cockroaches. I was shocked how they handle this kind of situation. ||||Never...
