We came here based on the ratings and reviews. The quality of the food is so average that it is absolutely not worth the price: the fish head soup was bland the cabbage pork soup was just salty the abalone was bland, we've had much more flavourful ones at half the price in small joints the Sichuan pepper fish was OK because that was literally all we could taste. We couldn't taste the freshness of the fish at all. So much for ordering fresh fish! Especially after the waitress insisting that "it's the quality of the fish that counts, if it's good, it will taste good no matter how it's cooked". Well at least make sure your ingredients are actually good, because your cooking method is definitely not there. And they obviously tried to charge us for napkins we didn't use. Had a ten course meal here in private room, dishes were mostly seafood including lobster. The dishes were cooked in Shun Tak style of Chinese cooling. The decor in.this restaurant us very high class and although there are street views the views are of nothing spectacular. 🙋赶紧补一下之前吃过的作业。 🎈顺轩海鲜火锅酒家是吃顺德菜的店，位置其实很好找，从关口做星际/美高梅酒店的车就差不多到了。

🎈地址在美高梅大屏幕侧，有个雅诗阁酒店，英文好像是ASSCOT，差不多就这样。进入后上扶梯就到了。

🎈环境其实很不错，看起来还真的挺高级的。很适合宴会请客，感觉会挺有面子的。椅子坐起来超舒服的，超喜欢这些椅子。

📍服务的话，我们过去的时候差不多是6点钟，人还没有特别多，所以上菜速度很快，嗖嗖嗖的一下就上完了，所以这个还是不错的。

😋菜式介绍： 👉煎焗鱼嘴：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 这个要强烈推荐，这个鱼不知是什么鱼，鱼头好肥，所以吃起来口感超赞，这个真的要给大大的赞。

👉金钱蟹盒拼春花肉：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 春花肉很好吃，里面是肉泥和韭菜，听说这道菜是上过CCTV的哦~蟹盒我没吃，但大家都觉得很棒，后来和我说里面有虾，才发现自己亏大了，怎么着也得吃一个试一下吧。

👉龙虾面：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 这个龙虾是我们进门的时候，左边有个很大的鱼池，服务员领我们去那里挑选的，本来想挑一只小一点的，但服务员说大一点的会更肥，肉也更多，想了一下那就大一点的吧，反正难道吃一次尽兴，果然，肉挺肥的，小朋友们吃的很开心。

👉鮑魚海參：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 那個汁好濃，很好吃，海參很入味，鮑魚是干鮑，所以口感有點干，有點硬，下次要試試鮮鮑。但是汁很滿分。

👉其他：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 就還很不錯，小朋友比較吵鬧，服務員都很溫馨的提醒，照顧好小孩。

🎈回來珠海后，聽朋友過去后回來安利說這裡的早茶很給力。哈哈...
