Room amenities were incomplete, body lotion was used, towel was only one piece. When we moved the couch, there were evidence of litter underneath it, peanuts were on the floor. We had to call operator to ask for the towel that was suppose to be provided because there was only 1 towel in the batthroom. Chair in the bedroom was out of place. Smell of the room was unpleasant. I received a rude approach from the hotel manager knocking in my hotel room door regarding a noise complaint from the guests on the floor which I was unaware of. To my surprise, I was wondering why I didn't receive a call in my room, but a very rude knock in my hotel room from the hotel manager himself saying in a rude voice if i dont ask my guests to leave, i would have to pay for every head that he would charge. This hotel is not accommodating, my experience upon check in took longer almost 20 to 30 minutes when I did the chlheck in after 3pm. I wouldn't mind if I were informed of the hotel rules and police earlier but a rude knock on my hotel room door all of a sudden is not acceptable from the hotel manager, rendering your hotel phone lines useless. I reiterate that this is and was a very unpleasant stay. And I would never come back nor recommend this hotel considering that I am a local and that today is my birthday .This situation should have been handled with quality service without any rudeness included. I did not just booked for a standard room but a deluxe twin suite and no guest should ever experience any form of rudeness from any staff of your hotel since this is my first experience...

BUT HERE IS WHERE IT GETS WORST. I asked for an assistance to keep my luggages while I ammend my booking in the travel agency BUT THE RECEPTION DECLINED. We pleaded for atleast that assistance as it was a hassle bringing those luggages but it was declined not until I asked for the agents help to atleast coordinate with the hotel to accept the luggage while we wait. (A big thanks to those agent.) and they had helped us. I was quite offended and a bit embarrases as there are also guests around that time. They could have atleast help with storing my luggages as we are also a guest of the hotel and only made a mistake on the last name but rhey made us feel unwelcomed and declined of any service.|The other stay was when we are in the pool and forgot our towel and we have a 1 year old baby with us, we tried to borrow the bath towel as it was veey cold in the corridor and my son is wet but again ir was declined due to the rules and I.pleaded.that I would return it ASAP once ws returned to.the room but was declined.and she was rude.so.we.decided to go back to the room with my baby wet and cold. She could have been a bit flexible and.met us borrowed the towel as I promised to return.it.back.but she chose.not to. it was awful!|It was a bad...
