I was at Auto Mercado at this location, and found the cashier to be completely lacking in basic customer service skills. I approached this particular cashier as he was standing outside of his lane and I inquired whether he was open. He said he was, and I placed my basket on his conveyor belt. When he was at the register, he asked(w/o even saying please) that I lift the basket in order for him to clean the conveyor. I complied although I wondered why he hadn't done so before accepting to assist me as he had just been standing there. He then proceeded to ask that I move the basket closer to him, after which he requested I empty the basket. I was flabbergasted at his requests and could not help but wonder what he was being paid for. I declined his requests, and allowed him to do his job w/o my assistance. I complained to a supervisor on hand. As this is one of the costlier supermarkets in my area, I hope this review is read and acted on. The area has botique stores, restaurants and a supermarket. I suggest parking down below in the garage (it is free) because the above ground spaces are usually full. There are security grounds around the plaza, the have a little play area for kids along with some kid stores, pottery painting and ice cream. It is good to bring the family to go out to eat, go to the supermarket or just sit around to have a snack or coffee. Also there are apartments you can buy but...

D4 is a good place to get a coffee at Starbucks or get a quick bite at any of the great restaurants there. There's an Auto Mercado to pick up some quick groceries as well as a Fischel farmacia. I like the wifi there and Starbucks wifi may be even a bit better if you need a strong connection. I'd rather drink tico coffee but sometimes wifi takes precedent.
