I came into the ER for a bacterial infection that had me bleeding. No one standing at the door, no one to help as we entered. Walked inside the double doors that IS the ER, again no greeting or anyone to help. Doctor was with me so she went out to get someone. Funny enough there where 2 people there behind the desk at the ER entrance side in charge of charging who never looked up. That part was well staffed...I spent 7hrs at the ER with a "high risk of fall" bracelet. 4 nurses at the desk on their cell phones not once offered help. NOT ONCE CHECKED ON ME. I asked for a glass of water as I was on the floor of my cubicle bending over in pain ON THE FLOOR. Nurses would just walk by and totally ignore you. A disgrace to the profession. Later I was admitted (after a guy came and told me I had to pay or could not go up...I explained my husband took my purse and due to COVID they did not let him come in..he refused to let me up until I asked if my husband had not left an open voucher....to which he responded yes...). I was in the hospital for 2 nights, the nurses where horrible, truly (except Joanna from the am). They busted both arms with wrongly placed intravenous drips they refused to check when I told them the pain was worst than the cramps from the bacterial infection. Then, they 2.5hrs to PAY and get out. This hospital is gone down in quality. I have birth to two babies there, it is no longer the same place. COVID has affected is all but some use it to justify their lack of care and professionalism nowadays. Pick a different...
Read morePLEASE, read it with care. Non ethical or professional qualified staff. They don't apply requirements or bio security protocols of engagement. In this case, on their towers are people not prepared to resolve customer problems or issues, the worst customer service, meetings changing. The supposed doctor Ariel Barrientos is just a scammer. We know each other from school, and I looked for him for a professional procedure. Apparently treating me "as a friend" I trusted him. He changed prices allegedly that the cost of material. payments done before the start of procedures. The procedure was stopped in the middle because I didn't felt like I was receiving good attention or care due to the high cost of the procedure. He just made up the prices to make me think I was saving money. He doesn't know about data privacy, not respect at all, taking photos and videos without my permission. Changed appointments hours, and he came with an alcohol breathe. Does it looks like a professional?? That was my concern. In order to receive an ethic and a professional service, it is just seems as an abuse of confidence because we already knew each other. If you want to make a professional dental procedure, don't even think about him. Hospital Cima is not auditing well their own staff, just for the sake of money... Shame on you. Never again. Hope people find better prices and services around the country than this awful experience. It was since February but I decided to post this now because it reached the...
Read moreFirst of all, I must say that the doctors are not only incredible, but also extremely handsome! I had no problem with any of them. What I DID have a problem with was being kept in the ER where it was freezing for about 8 hours. They took me for all these very expensive tests. They would not put me in a room even though they had several doctors come in to check my leg out. Finally, around 11 p.m. they said if I deposited $10,000.00 they would put me in a room. My husband had gone home, as we had a little dog at home that needed attention. I called him to explain how they were going to throw me out of the ER if they didn't get the $10,000. I only had one shoe as my right foot was swollen and didn't feel like I could leave. Anyway, a guy from Admissions came to talk with me and we called my husband and they decided that $7500 would work until morning. So, I got put in a room. Unfortunately, unless the nurse/assistant Kevin was working, noone would answer the call button during the night. He was so sweet and helpful. And, my compliments to the chefs at this hospital. The food was absolutely delicious! Every single thing (except the hamburger) was amazing! I do wish they had someone help me with walking, as I was completely atrophied when I was discharged. I was in a bed for two weeks and never got to walk. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience, just long. I would want this hospital again because of the doctors...
