This restaurant provides a very elegant ambient made for a very special occasion. Its concept idea for the food is using Costa Rican products with a different technic (panamanian taste with a french touch ). Food is totally amazing, you can taste the combination of all ingredients as it all combines in your mouth. The staffs are simple lovely, they maintain your table in perfect conditions and explain your food as they arrive. This restaurant is a bit expensive but it stands for its value as each plate provides a different adventure on your palate. Ribeye was requested to be medium but came med-well, so that was only very good. Brisket sandwich was not great and came with shredded cabbage on the meat. Never had brisket that way before. Was a bit chewy for brisket. Fries were excellent, though, so that got it up to meh. Full rack of ribs must have come the smallest pig on record. Were maybe 6 3" ribs. Not especially tender, so meh.
