10/10 We wanted to end our trip with a massage and this place was minutes from our hotel. The prices are very affordable. The staff was really friendly. They communicated through WhatsApp with a price list and we were able to make the appointment through there. The facility was very clean. My mom chose the 90 minute regular massage and I chose the 90 minute hot stone massage. It was worth every penny. We left super relaxed. If we had more days, we would have went again....

My wife and I spent three months in San Jose and Lozana was our “go to” spa. The place is bright, clean and well managed. Great location for us as we stayed in Escazu. The staff is efficient and accommodating. Tania is an asset to the spa. Most of the staff speaks enough English but as it is the case anywhere else Spanish is always helpful and appreciated.
