Armadillo Tex Mex — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

We have order a medium steak and pork spare ribs. The steak was rare and they where telling us it is medium like we are blind. Adding on this the pork spare ribs were smoked where the menu was not mentioning it. Something that should have been mentioned. When Ive send the food back because you couldn’t event taste and asking for the manager they came to me that the manager is doing something and she can not come. I was keep asking the manager just to tell them the menu is wrong and they need to mention the Smoked spare ribs. She told me to send me something else (thinking that it wont be charge) i asked for tacos, and the feeling of the tacos was smoked spare ribs tacos. Not sure if the did it because I didn’t like something smoked. Ofcourse I didn’t touch it. We asked for the bill and after the rare steak and the wrong spare ribs order that ive send back without even eating a french fries the charge us the whole order with an 8 euro discount. Even the drinks weren’t removed from the bill. That is funny. Definitely will not visit this place and ofcourse will let everyone know not to go. Its a zero...

We arrived at around 5:30pm first people there. Service was mediocre. The food took about 35-40 minutes to arrive once ordered. When it did arrive, the chips were cold and the steaks when ordered were cooked the opposite way to what me and my husband asked for. I got my steak but cooked to my husband’s liking and he got his steak to how I like it, this isn’t what we told the waitress. There was a lot of staff on considering how quiet it was for a Friday evening, staff on their phones make the place look unprofessional and a sense of “don’t care” attitude. Common sense is lacking when taking our plates away- I hate when staff remove someone’s plate from a table when others aren’t finished, creates a sense of needing to rush, it’s unprofessional. This happened, not once but twice and we had to tell them both to not take it. Paying a fair amount to eat here, but the standards don’t match the prices.

We would have said something but no one seemed to be interested, too busy again on phones or taking photos of the takeaway food.

The most mid experience in Limassol. Went in with high expectations after having seen 4.8 stars on google Ordered nachos, brisket w/mac & cheese, wagyu burger. Nachos came first, toppings were seperate and bland, nachos no flavor just crunchy. And they do not come with cheese. Mains came and they looked good, portion was nice but they were both lukewarm? No smoke ring on my "smoked brisket" and cold fat. It was paired with a horrendous sauce which was absolutely outrageous. The mac and cheese had no cheese and it was so bland!!! The coleslaw was nice, and the chips were freshly fried and good. My wife had a "wagyu" burger, which I doubt had any actual wagyu mince, burnt on the bun and the bun tasted old and stale. The patty had sinew and was also lukewarm but she also enjoyed the chips.

Decent service... card machine said to choose tip amount, I was like fr? i did ask for takeaway box because i didnt feel like wasting 50 euros
