Pitot — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

The DM's I got from yesterday's stories at @pitotcy where insane. So why didn't y'all tell me it was this good before.

What a pleasant surprise Pitot was to my taste buds. You know I'm not a salad type of person, but the 🥦Broccoli salad had me non stop eating even though I had so many choices infront of me.

Then i dug into the chicken schnitzel and aubergine pitta. The bread super soft and fresh and the taxini dips outstanding.

Then came the desserts. The Kunefe was the dish I kept seeing from other food bloggers and had to try, boy was it great!! But what other food bloggers failed to mention was the Rose water Muhallebi with peanuts and Coconut flakes!!! Its was undoubtedly the yummiest verison of Muhallebi I've tasted in a long time.

Finally, @pitotcy has a beautiful little shop for dine in, the ambiance, and music and happy friendly staff really made this experience a 10/10 for me.

I have seen this place everywhere on instagram so I decided to go try it myself… Went there with some friends , we ordered the shakshuka , beef with hummus , the kebab and tabboule and everything was terrible! I have never seen in my life a tabboule salad with cranberries and no tomato first of all .. secondly the shakshuka was very “runny” in texture and nothing like the “ authentic” taste of shakshuka and hummus also had a weird flavor! Thirdly 11€ for shakahuka is funny it’s literally eggs and tomatoes but to each their own ! Finally I would not recommend this place when looking for authentic middle...

The place isn’t Kosher, so gotta stick to the vegetarian options for those who eat kosher meat. But it’s delicious :) For an outside of Israel restaurant the Sabih pita was the best I’ve had. Ofc it’s not your Sunday Shouk pita experience but it’s still pretty damn tasty! Their limonana almost made me feel like on the orange plastic seat ( if you know you know 😎) Staff is friendly and music is nice 👍🏻 Hummus maybe lacks a bit of taste 👀 My bf loved the kebab !
