Disappointing Visit - Not the LEGO Experience We Hoped For**
We recently visited Lego store at the airport, excited to build our own minifigures and hoping for a memorable LEGO experience for my kids. Unfortunately, our visit did not live up to expectations.
The initial part of our visit was pleasant; we built our minifigures, with the total coming to 85kr for all three, which seemed reasonable. However, the situation quickly soured when we expressed interest in purchasing extra accessories. The price quoted for each tiny accessory was 85kr, equal to the cost of a whole 3 minifigures, which felt exorbitant and left us bewildered.
Furthermore, the staff member's approach could have been better. After our children enjoyed the build-it-yourself stand, they were asked to tidy up the area. While we understand the importance of keeping the space organized for others, the manner in which it was requested didn't contribute to a positive atmosphere and seemed a bit out of place for a store that should encourage playful exploration.
Overall, this visit didn't embody the joyful and creative spirit we associate with LEGO. It's disheartening when a brand that stands for imagination and fun falls short in delivering an experience that fosters those very ideals. We hoped for a vidit filled with creativity and excitement for our kids, but left feeling like just another transaction. It's unlikely we'll return or recommend this...

After texting back and forth, he promised to keep it for us until we came back a week later. He was very polite and extremely helpful. Then coming back, we got a text from him reminding us to pick up the jacket. When we arrived at the store, not only did he have the jacket ready for us, he also had a LEGO-present for both my kids. Service like this obviously goes way beyond what one could expect, and made for a perfect conclusion to our holiday. Thanks to the LEGO-shop and to an employee who they are...
Read moreThis stop is a must for everyone even remotely interested in Lego. There are two Lego shops in the airport, both are on the smaller side, but their stock differs, so if you're a complete Lego junkie, you should visit both: you'll find both the newest sets and the collector items there. Particular praise goes to Joachim S.: during our vacation, we interacted with a few Lego people, and while they were all very nice, Joachim took it up a few notches and really elevated the experience. If you have questions about Lego, ask for this guy: you won't be...
