I was hospitalized there after a terrible fall and a double fracture of my ankle on the 2nd day of my vacation from US. Horrible service, nurses did not bother checking on me at night. I had to ask if they did not need to check my temperature after surgery and nurse showed up with a thermometer from a US dollar store. One night I was in pain and my niece went to the nurses' station THREE TIMES and found no one. The fourth time she found the nurses sleeping on the floor on a mattress. She woke one up and the nurse told her she would be there in a few. 45 minutes went by, my niece went out again, the nurse claimed she forgot and went back to sleep. I paid for the most expensive room thinking I would be more comfortable with better service. NO WAY! Bathroom had no hot water, we were told hot water had to be requested at the kitchen. No TV. One time my IV was out and my medication was due. It had not been requested at the pharmacy. I was in pain and my niece went twice to the nurses' station. When they finally received it the nurse shoved the bag with the medication in my niece's face, " I have it here" but did not come into the room until half hour later. The only medical staff to provide excellent service were Dr. Felix Rodriguez, the orthopedic surgeon, and Dr. Emanuel Rosario, a physician on call the 2nd day I was there. Other than that I would not recommend this medical center to my worst enemy. And finally, when the nurses saw I was being discharged, they removed the syringes, wipes, bed pads, bed pans and all other supplies from my room, yet I was charged for it. My hospital bill was inflated by 60,000 pesos and if I had not reviewed the bill, I would not have noticed. If you have a medical emergency AVOID Centro Medico Real !!! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR...

Este es uno de los peores centros médicos, mi hermana estuvo allí un Sabado en una urgencia, fue una cirugía y teniendo ella uno de los mejores seguros médicos, en el momento del alta querían que ella dejara DIEZ MIL PESOS disque porque era Sabado y la oficina del seguro no trabajaba, luego fue mi madre un Sabado también por urgencias y resulta que le hacen una placa y le dicen que tiene piedra en los riñones, cuando va mi madre al urólogo por cita, el urólogo le dice que en esa placa no hay nada en los riñones y eso porque fue a la Plaza de la Salud, porque un urólogo en este centro cobra de diferencia TRES MIL PESOS DE DIFERENCIA, con seguro, pero lo peor de todo es que el día que mi madre estuvo en urgencia le recetaron una pastilla que contiene aspirina y siendo ella alérgica, ella tomar un medicamento con aspirina le puede dar taquicardia y le puede causar la muerte, gracias a Dios sólo le dio picazón en el cuerpo, para que demonios es que preguntan si el paciente es alérgico al algo, para que demonios ellos tienen un ordenador en el cual con las identificaciones ven el historial médico de los pacientes, es que son unos INEPTOS, ES EL PEOR CENTEO MÉDICO QUE PUEDE HABER, yo porque no estoy, si estuviera allí se les iba a acabar el juego, jugando con la salud de las personas, si a mi madre le hubiese pasado algo por ese medicamento le íbamos a tener gorda, ES EL PEOR...

HORRIBLE !!!! ESPECIALMENTE EL ÁREA DE LABORATORIO...Es increíble la miseria con la que te atienden, estuve ayer con mi bebe de 4 meses allí, lo lleve a consulta con su pediatra el cual me le indico unos análisis, cuando fui al supuesto laboratorio en primer lugar tienen un personal inexperto, no tratan bien a los pacientes, la bioanalista que le estaba tomando la muestra a mi bebe, era nueva en el centro y al parecer en la profesión también, porque no sabia como hacerlo, le hizo un pinchazo a mi bebe con una JERINGA DE 5CC, para un bebe de 4 meses, lo trataron como a cualquier adulto y aun así no le pudo tomar la muestra y mi bebe a los gritos que no aguantaba, cuando yo le reclame que porque no utilizaba una mariposita, un catéter (una aguja mas pequeña) que son las que se utilizan hasta en el laboratorio mas pobre del mundo para sangrar a un bebe, su respuesta fue AQUÍ NO HAY DE ESAS...En un maldito centro de salud privado como el Centro medico real, no hay catéter para niños en el laboratorio, yo había pagado y todo y deje todo y me fui para donde AMADITA con mi bebe. SEÑORES NUNCA PONGAN LA SALUD DE SUS HIJOS EN MANOS DE ESTE CENTRO, PUES SE PUEDEN ARREPENTIR, SON UNOS...
