This beach is a rocky beach with lots of seafront restaurant. The beach is beautiful and in my top 5 despite it being rocky. The restaurants with a sea view are some what expensive when your on a budget, 40/50 euro, now that's starter, main and drinks for 2 people- low season. You can go up from the main seafront and get much cheaper prices. I don't surf but this place has both a surfing and a party vib. It's chilled out during the day and the mad rock in the middle is cool. Try do 2 days at least and sock up the atmosphere. Things you need to know if you plan on visiting this beach rather than staying at hotel/hostel inside. You pay a fee to enter the beach, which is currently a $1 and parking is additional varies on vendor.
