Tacos Hermanos • San Benito — Restaurant in San Salvador

Came here after being recommended by one of the Uber drivers. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Service absolutely horrible. No one in the front to greet you or anything very unprofessional and unorganized.

Finally the lady told us there was a waiting list for 45 mins or more. We were willing to wait however she only took my name down didn’t ask for my number and didn’t even tell me to were to wait. Overwhelmed by the crowd we decided to leave as we were absolutely hungry.

Given the service alone of the workers I won’t be going back. I doubt this place could ever beat authentic tacos in Mexico ; after all this is a franchise (found out after the fact) which I doubt would have exceeded my expectations in...

Service from the waiters is great. Kuddos to Martita our waiter #thebest. Food is good and prices too like 5.85 for an order of 4 tacos. The place is nice and the ambiance inside the restaurant too. My suggestion for improvement is the waiting area. We got there before 6pm and there was a line with chairs. Many people waiting to get in. Give the experience from that moment. Place some Mexican music, maybe a screen with menu recommendations, and history about the place. And decorations. Once we finished eating (party of 7). Best quality/price ratio. This place is one of my favorite restaurants in San Benito, it’s quite fast, clean, great atmosphere, super service, and the food is amazing!

I’ve visited over 20 times and I generally pay with Bitcoin :) - I would love to post more food pictures, but unfortunately I ate it all before I took my phone out.

You have to wait 15-40mins to enter but it is worth it :) It’s a classic example of low-time preference benefits.
