Viva Espresso — Restaurant in San Salvador

So the only thing I can say, the lady that was taking the order was not acting rational, I don't know if she had an issue and couldn't focus or if she has issues with retaining information that I was fine with it because I am a patient persona and can understand that eventhough I am the customer people can have bad days, so after repeating the order for my friend and I for 4 times because she was getting it wrong and that was before waiting for more than 5 minutes to get her there and they only had 4 tables that where already served, so it wasn't a hectic morning.... they waited almost 10 te tell us that is was going to take longer for food to come just because they had just 1 cook and it was a slow morning for them, my apologies for the owner but fix your coffee place because it's so beautiful but the employees need your help and support, training and more personne! Hope next time I try to eat there for the first...

This place used to be so great with great coffee and latte! I ordered a latte today and it’s clear that it has gone down in quality. The barista just steamed a bunch of milk and dumped it in the cup. It has gone the way of a lot of coffee places where they really do not make lattes but just dump whole milk on an espresso shot! We walked inside to order and did ask for a to go cup but in the past they would proudly make latte art (latte art is also a sign that the milk was frothed to perfection since it’s hard to make good one when the milk is not frothed well). When I asked for it they answered that it will be covered anyway. I hope they go back to how they used to be where each barista took pride in...

The coffee isn’t any better but the food.. the food couldn’t be any worse.

We ordered the chipotle sandwich which comes with a side of lightly salted potato chips. The chicken tasted stale and overcooked, the server offered to switch it if we wanted since they would charge us for it anyway. It’s only when a local got involved is when the server agreed to not charge us.
