The restaurant looks nice and dining experience overall was nice. But a few bad things I experienced:
Time: Had to wait a long time to get my food served. Almost 30 mins or smthin (Good I had something to watch meanwhile. Netflix rocks 🫡)
Service: The waitress was so lifeless! Okay maybe I’m exaggerating but it could be they have had to wait on so many tables they weren’t even giving attention properly when we try to order something. No smile nothing when leaving as well!! I think Wednesday Addams would’ve been more expressive & lively than the Waitress at Chi.
Food: Food is good…not great but good. I tried the TOM YAM KOONG soup. Wouldn’t recommend it’s just too salty and consistency wasn’t worth the price. I got chicken chilli friend rice and KUNG PAO PORK which was really nice.
Portion Size: Pro tip! If you are dining alone and you like fried rice get the half portion that’s prettyyyy big for a person and maybe some other sides if you’re still hungry. Portion sizes are pretty decent.
I wanted to try dessert but for some reason I felt like I was burdening try waitress or smthing so decided not to. Maybe next time I visit I hope to see at least a few...

I like to share the restaurent experience with Chi Ulemiste, where i found a metal pience (from metal scrubber) in my food, we (me and my friend) immidiatly informed to restaurent staff, and they cleaverly took the piece with sorry behavior (just to take the piece away) and appologies behavior and offering if we can replace the food and all (in short they distracted by conversaiton, and offering you dont have to pay for this. meanwhile the internal staff came and trying to cover of the topic, "this is normal and it could happen while washing the utensils, or something could be left behind", and when i asked ( will you highlight this to owner) the reply was "what to highlight"? we decided to move out from there and went to pay on cash counter and the satff lady who took the piece away from us turn face into aggrasive behavior with comment "sorry but you have to pay" all, just to avoid any conflict we paid and left the resturent. but noticed on thier face no regret and sorry, i hope its not very common attitude in restaurent industry...
Read moreTerrible experience. The foods that were supposed to be spicy were not spicy at all. We also ordered noodles with vegetables on the side and that meant noodles with 2 small pieces of salad and some (but not a lot of) sliced green onion. But the worst thing about our experience was the SERVICE! The menus were thrown on the table over our shoulder and then the waitress just left. When we had ordered, they totally messed up our drinks order and they acted like this was our fault. Also the funniest part was that we ordered water with a jug for the table and they only brought 1 glass... When we were finished we waited forever for someone to take interest in us and bring us the check, but no hope. Had to go to the counter to pay for ourselves. I’ve had better experiences in other Chi restaurants. The service was a problem in there too, but at least the food was good. However I’m still never going to Chi again, especially...
