Beware of purchasing from this shop if you can't take your item with you on the day of purchase. The staff are very friendly and will talk you into buying if you are not careful. I ordered a jacket in Electric Blue leather and was assured it would arrive in Australia in 3 weeks. After about 5 weeks I emailed with no response. I emailed again and was told that it was not far away. I waited. Still no jacket. I emailed again and was told it was being posted the next day but they had been busy and staff had been on holidays etc (which would not have been a problem if it was made in June or July and not August). And then it arrived, 9 weeks later - and it was not the Electric Blue colour I had ordered. The invoice said Aegean Blue Electric and it is a dull grey blue, not a bright electric blue. I emailed and was told that was the only electric blue leather they had. I sent them a copy of a photo from their own website clearly showing electric blue leather, but was told not all pieces are the same colour. I accept that there can be variations - but my jacket is definitely not electric blue. When I suggested I would return the jacket for a full refund I was met with silence. So beware. The products are good quality but the customer service...

I stopped to admire a beautiful blue leather jacket with white stripes down the sleeves in the window. The saleswoman came out immediately to ask if I wanted to try it on and to let me know the jacket was on sale! After trying it on (and a few others), I decided that it was the one. You know that feeling? When you just feel good in what you have on? I had it with this jacket and I had to make it mine.

The shop has beautiful clothes, this is a fact. The sales women are very nice as well. However, DO NOT ASK for touch up or rework of the clothes, and have them sent back to your place. This is what we did, in May, and after some delay (more than a month delay), I received the modified skirt: I could not get in (not at my size) and there was no hem.
