We ordered two coffees and a bottle of water. The guy looked so disappointed that we didn’t speak french that he adressed us a bit rudely. Considering this place is in the Carcassone Castle, a very turistic place, he could at least not be so disgusted about having to attend people from outside France. I especially loved the macaron on top—it was the best I’ve ever had. Awesome vegan flavors. You purchase based on the size of the cup and can request any number of flavors as long as the scoops all fit in the cup. I got the chocolate, mango, mandarin, passion fruit, and lemon/basil (very interesting flavor). Delicious! They also have a vegan shake where you choose the sorbet flavor and they mix it with water or oat milk. Staff spoke English and was very friendly. Highly recommend this...
