Highly recommend NOT parking here! Horrendous experience parking here today. The camara going in must have not caught our license plate correctly, so it wouldn't let us pay to get out. Just said "not found (ne pas trouver)" over and over. As other reviews state, the payment kiosks are finicky, and we had to wait in line each time to try again. The operators (at both the kiosks and the exit) would either not respond, or would hang up if you spoke to him in anything other than French. After almost an HOUR, we found a policeman who kindly assisted us in talking to the operators (it even took him multiple times and over 20 minutes to get them to cooperate) so they finally let us out. So thankful that we were at the end of our time and didn't have anything else planned, otherwise it would have easily ruined our day - find somewhere...

Nice parking lot and tons of spaces available regardless of how busy it gets. Don’t bother with the app, the machines are easy.

Achtung bei diesem Parkplatz! Der Parkplatz ist nicht nur übertrieben teuer, sondern der Betreiber versucht offenbar, die Kunden mehrfach zahlen zu lassen. Ich lehnte ab und wandte mich an die örtliche Polizei, die schließlich für mich die Schranke öffnete.

Der Bezahlvorgang verlief zunächst scheinbar problemlos: Kennzeichen eingegeben, Karte eingesteckt, PIN eingegeben – der Automat bestätigte die Zahlung und fragte, ob ich eine Quittung möchte. Ich drückte auf das grüne Häkchen – ja. Eine Quittung wurde gedruckt.

Beim Herausfahren öffnete sich jedoch die Schranke nicht. Ich rief beim Parkplatzbetreiber an, nannte mein Kennzeichen. Die Mitarbeiterin erklärte, der Bezahlvorgang sei abgebrochen worden, und forderte mich auf, erneut zu zahlen. Ich überprüfte mein Online-Banking und sah den Parkbetrag bereits als vorgemerkt.

Ich rief erneut an, erklärte alles – doch wieder bekam ich die Antwort: „Sie müssen nochmal bezahlen!“ – und die Dame legte einfach auf. Zum Glück war die örtliche Polizei nicht weit entfernt. Zunächst meinte der Polizist ebenfalls, auf meiner Quittung stehe auf Französisch „Zahlung abgebrochen“. Letztlich sah er aber ein, dass der Betrag in meinen Kontoumsätzen stand, begleitete mich zum Parkplatz und öffnete...
