Restaurant du Vigneron — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

We were looking last minute for a place to eat and ended up in this little restaurant just outside the old town. we were unsure what to expect but were attracted to the contemporary new interior and the small but nice menu. For diner we shared a flamkuchen as a starter which was very nice and i had the entrecôte and my wife the cordon blue both very correct. The staff is very friendly and we found out they just opened a few weeks. we are giving it’s first 5 star rating to encourage these nice people with their start up in challenging corona times and for bringing honest food in a tourist surrounded area. wish you all the best....

Absolutely Wonderful Experience

We had such a lovely time at this restaurant! The service was truly outstanding — a sweet and friendly young woman took care of us and made us feel incredibly welcome. She showed genuine interest in us, offered great recommendations, and even shared some tips on what to see and do in the area, which we really appreciated.

The food was delicious, made with fresh local ingredients, and beautifully presented. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they serve. The restaurant itself was very clean, tidy, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Flammenkuchen are the only choice and they were fine but nothing special. Also, every one included bacon and a choice of cheese , so little variety.

Prices are too high for the offering, as example we ordered a side salad and though it seemed cheap, it was literally half a cherry tomato and 6 small leaves of salad. Good quality ingredients though.

House Wine was mediocre at best.
