We (two couples) visited La Table le goût et Nous in the summer of 2025, and can highly recommend this restaurant. Here, gourmet experiences are served with an unconventional twist, the taste experiences are paramount, and the restaurant is delightfully free from the pretentious show and the stiffness that you experience in other fine restaurants. The concept is simple; you can choose between 3 menus with 3, 4 or 5 courses and an interesting thing is that you do not know in advance what will be served that evening, just as the menus are not necessarily the same from day to day, they are continuously adapted according to what is available at the local food markets. The chef told us that (perhaps for this reason) he does not practice preparing the dishes in advance - an approach I think requires a lot of self-confidence. The servings this evening showed that this self-confidence is completely justified, it was an excellent meal. I had an absolutely incredible dining experience at this charming restaurant in Alsace. The fact that the chef and his wife, who are also the owners, personally served us added a delightful touch of hospitality to our meal. What truly impressed me was their flexibility in creating custom menus tailored to our tastes and allergies, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

The exceptional quality of the food left us so impressed that we couldn't resist returning for a second night in a row. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity.

An outstanding and unique experience. Probably, one of the best meals we have had in France - definitely in our top TEN. You are treated as if you were a guest at the chef's house. You simply choose how many plates you would like. The chef picks the food. It is a surprise until you get it in front of you. He asks if you have any dislikes or allergies and decides on your meal based on what you tell him. If you receive a plate and you do not like it, you let the staff know, and they make something else for you. Why? Because that's how they roll. However, not a single dish was given back. Excellent choices. We added the option of wine pairing with each plate, and the wines were excellent. Adding to the overall culinary experience. A truly delightful meal. Service was outstanding, along with a very eclectic atmosphere. And wait until you get the dessert! WOW! I must add, a GREAT location in the town...
