Signorino Leonardi (Leo 😉) and his better half Eliza at the sister shop a few doors down at #16 (as featured in the popular Rick Steves video) were truly delightful to deal with. Eliza is a former silk worker turned entrepreneur and artistic benefactor who brought the equally delightful Leo into the business and between the two shops you get an education and a non pushy shopping experience. No pressure and no upselling just a relaxing and informative presentation of their vast array of quality and tasteful locally made products. Highly recommended after a fairly exhaustive search over many days and many streets in 🇫🇷 from Lille to Nimes and our last few days in Lyon. Eliza filled out our tax form (don’t forget your passport) and within an hour I received a message from the refund company it had been processed so 👍🏻👍🏻. Give them a 👀 and support small/local business and a charming couple who support...

I was immediately taken by some gorgeous fabric on display just outside the storefront, and was almost magnetically drawn inside. These beautiful scarves, shawls and more are the genuine item... Made in Lyon, France! Eliza Ploia was patient with me and provided excellent service, giving sincere feedback and helping me to decide between just soooo many options. I bought a beautiful Picasso silk screen printed scarf and a silk & wool shawl made using the jacquard weaving technique. Eliza showed me how to tie the scarf in a new way (for me) and I wore it right out of the store. Both are "on display" at home in my apartment....
