Extime Duty Free Paris — Local services in Le Raincy

I bought a few items at 2B extime duty free shop as souvenir, as the products were nice.

However, the cashier was really inefficient: 8 staff there but only 2 cashiers were open and half of the automatic check-out did not work.

After waiting a long time and seeing another client coming out of nowhere skipping the line, I complained to a cashier with piercing in her nose but was really disappointed of her attitude:

« It’s not my fault. We told our manager the cashier is not working but nobody did anything to fix it. The other client has the priority. Don’t buy if you are not happy » When I told her that if no client buys, her position might not be kept, she said that people have to buy in their shop, as they have the monopoly!!

She even turned the situation upside down and accused me to having aggressed her…

What a bad...

Carine and Marine terminal 2BD are just amazing people!

flew in from NY to visit Paris and planned on buying baccarat perfume on the way home at the airport. Little did I know that my terminal 2B did not carry the Baccarat perfume I so dreamed of. Back home in NY it’s way too expensive for me and I promised my daughter to get her one as well.

I was in tears as I realized I won’t be able to get this perfume I so very much wanted.

Caring saw me and both she and Marine made some phone calls to see if it can be delivered to me at terminal 2B.

I couldn’t believe it, I got the perfumes. Thank you so very much!!! There are good people in...
