Quoi dire du Saint Sébastien après la pandémie et le rouleau compresseur Amazon ? J'ai perdu ma superbe coiffeuse Valentine qui travaillait au Franck Provost. Je croyais qu'on payait assez cher pour être en mesure de préserver son emploi. Mais non. Après la fermeture du Maximilien, c'est au tour du FP de disparaître. Et ce n'est pas chez le nouveau fast-food à base de poulet frit que je vais me faire couper les cheveux... Bref, le centre commercial est plus qu'un endroit où se faire masser la tête gentiment. Non, mais, ça fait ch* quand même. J'avais mis deux ans à trouver la bonne personne pour faire quelque chose avec ma vieille tête. Peu importe, le Monoprix et la boutique SFR ont relevé le défi du service client. À l'étage, perché près du parking, on peut toujours y repêcher un colis Amazon. Eh oui, if you can't beat them, you can join them, j'imagine... 🤷‍♂️ Je ne veux pas été inutilement critique ou trop négatif, le petit commerce a mangé une claque dans la gueule cette année avec l'inflation; loin de moi l'idée d'en rajouter une couche... Mais le marché est cruel. Les clients sont exigeants. On y peut rien. Le port du masque revient. Tout le monde va recommencer à se planquer et acheter à distance. Pandémie No 2 ou pas. Perso, j'ai abandonné Sephora et Sergent Major pour me tourner vers YSL en ligne et Vinted. Désolé. Vraiment. Fallait pas m'enlever ma coiffeuse préférée,...
