Bateaux de Paris — Local services in Paris

They say “the best thing about memories is creating them.” We created memories on the Bateau Louisiane Belle on the 23rd of October when Nigerian athletes in France came together for the first time ever courtesy OJB MEDIA NETWORK.

Benjamin was very helpful. He kept calling to know what we need and how he can be of assistance. Not mentioning the captains, very friendly and accommodating. Our guests who travelled all the way from USA, Canada, Sweden et al can’t stop talking about the boat. I will recommend them ANYTIME.

Very bad experience. Very poor directions given to get to their docks, and ended up missing the boat after 30 minutes of looking up and down the launch area for any signage or boats that were running. Corespondence with the organization during and after the ordeal has been very poor. I asked for a refund because we don't have time to spare to book again and have gotten zero response. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement la compagnie Les Bateaux de Paris pour leur accueil exemplaire. Contrairement à une autre compagnie parisienne (bateaux-mouches), ici, tout a été fait pour nous faciliter l’expérience.

Mon mari, titulaire d’une carte mobilité inclusion (CMI), a été accueilli avec bienveillance et professionnalisme. Le personnel a tout mis en œuvre pour qu’il n’ait pas à faire la queue, et nous a accompagnés avec attention et respect, sans que nous ayons besoin d’insister. il nous a même été proposé de quoi s’asseoir, il nous ont mis au frais en attendant notre passage et nous ont proposé de l’eau. Nous avons ressenti une vraie considération, un sens de l’humain et un grand professionnalisme. Cela change radicalement de l’attitude déplorable que nous avons rencontrée quelques minutes plus tôt dans la compagnie bateaux-mouches qui a été déplorable.
