Bateaux Privatisés Paris — Local services in Paris

We booked our wedding with Bateaux Privatises for 2025 and due to a death in the family, we decided it would be inappropriate to go ahead with the wedding.

Whilst we didn't get to enjoy the experience that had be planned for us on the Seine, I must commend Lila for her excellent customer service. Our British insurance company were extremely unhelpful with the situation, but Lila was able to step in and recoup a large amount of the costs we had given Bateaux Privatises for our deposit, when they had every right to not give us anything back.

We are truly thankful to her as by getting that money back, it has allowed us to go away and rebook a venue closer to home and get the day that we want.

If Lila does read this, she really does deserve a lot of praise. I don't think there will be a situation where I will need a boat for 100 people in Paris anytime soon....but if I did, I'll be making sure I speak...

We hosted a beautiful evening cruise on the Seine for a commitment party for 40 people. The boat provided a great space for our guests with plenty of hors d'oeuvres, drinks, a cake, a DJ and a photographer. There was a nice outdoor deck as well. We had so much fun.
