Excellent range of products, excellent presentation of the website. I however avoid going to the store itself and only buy their products online because in general I feel that the general atmosphere of the store is not very welcoming. The sales associates are knowledgeable and very competent but unpleasant. At least in the stores I visited. Generally visits to the store are uncomfortable. The advice is given but unwillingly, the staff generally isn't smiling. I buy the products online, the products online are presented with a lot information and complimentary articles which give you all the knowledge you need. Everyone is really super super super helpful and friendly here. I went the first time with my mom (who doesn't speak french at all) and we talked to Wendy, who was the nicest sales assistant ever! She knew about the products and specific needs and was super helpful to my mom and accommodating in her questions and product tests. She was also super nice enough to find a tester of a specific loose powder I wanted to try but was out of stock, and even made sure to make a note and set aside one of them once they restocked and called me. The selection is amazing, I'll definitely go back to buy other beauty products, currently have my eye on Kjaer Weiss and just waiting to finish my products to try em out. Definitely check it out...

Fantastic range of products. I was unsure of going to the store due to the comments about the unpleasant service. At first impression the lady behind the cashier didn't come off friendly, however to my delight I met Lina who gave me the warmest welcome, spoke decent English, and made me have a great experience! She examined my skin, asked what I was looking for, and sat me down to walk me through the products she selected. She is very knowledgeable about skin care, and of all the products. She selected what was essential given my budget as well. If it wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't have bought anything at the store if I too had an unfriendly service. Thank you...
