I returned 2 pairs of shoes I bought online and only got refunded for 1 pair. I contacted them on the facebook site. They told me they couldnt see the 2 pairs have been returned, but they would check with the return department, at the same time they asked for my reciept from the post office. They promised to get back to me, after one week not hearing from them I contacted them again. After 30 min. I got an answer back that the return department only received 1 pair. First I dont think they have checked and second why do they ask for a reciept from the post office, if its the return department who decide it anyway. All other shops if you have the reciept they refund you. I contacted them again on Facebook and told them I am not happy. They told me to contact customer service maybe they can do something. Now after one week still no answer, only a message saying they are really busy and sorry for the delay in answering message, but they will answer as soon as possible. When returning recently purchased shoes in perfect condition and within a week, we were informed we would only be able to receive store credit; apparently, no refunds to original payment methods are issued. If this is indeed company policy (which we could not find on the website and is not even something you would need to think about when shopping at any other brand), the store should make sure staff are trained at making this very clear at the point of purchase. Upon purchase, you're informed you have 30 days to make exchanges, but clearly the most crucial information is being omitted....
