Venchi — Local services in Paris

Extremely rude service. One of the ladies working here told a customer to “shut up” just because they were trying to help a friend say a flavor in French — completely uncalled for. On top of that, she was aggressively pushing people to pay even while they were still reaching for their wallets. It was a rushed and uncomfortable experience. I highly recommend trying a different Venchi store — this one is not worth your time. Abosulutely Bad Experience.

Updated: They actually reported my review as “promotional content” just to cover up her disgusting behavior. Pathetic. I’m serious when I say people should avoid this Venchi spot entirely...

We have been to Venchi stores in Italy, UK and France and have always loved their products. We were happy to find this new store and we went there for ice cream (even in winter of course!) and some chocolates for my mom. Amazing as always, it's great to see such consistency in high quality and service across the stores. When we see a Venchi store, we know we can go in blindfolded and have a great experience. Best time favourite is crema pistachio, a must try! Can't recommend more if you love ice cream...
