Oh My Cream — Local services in Paris

I stoped in for some French skincare products while on my honeymoon in Paris. I had no idea what I wanted and the salesperson was so incredibly kind, helpful and patient with me learning about my skin type and routines and helping me choose products that would suit me and also work within my budget. It was clear in the store that these were superior products but when I got back to my hotel to try them I was blown away by how wonderful they felt on my skin. The knowledge and expertise of the salesperson resulted in me taking home just the perfect items. I could not be more pleased with this experience and these products. A stand out memory from our time in this incredible city. Everyone working was just so wonderful and kind, it was much more than a shopping experience, they went above and beyond even giving me free samples of other products we talked about and a free tote bag to carry it all. C’est magnifique!...

One of my favorite stores names 😁 Oh My Cream 🇨🇵🫶😜 they have a few stores around Paris 👍🌞💞 this concert store is they're carrying a few brand name cosmetics in their store and very good One with Best selection 😉👍. I always make stops to see what they have and a few chatting with the stuff who are friendly and knowledgeable about the product they have 😉👍🫶

And the stores are pretty well and some of them have institutes where you can have a session of 1 hrs cleaning and some more, look online....on the website. Enjoy Oh My Cream...

Shocked with the extremely bad customer service of this store. When I arrived the store was empty and all the employees ignored me until I asked for some help. Then a nice lady helped me until her unprofessional colleague arrived to interrupt her, then again another of her colleagues wanted to swap and then completely ignored me. They didn’t make any acknowledge of being unpolite, didn’t even try to give me a nice sample despite being a loyal customer. I am...
