Maslow Temple — Restaurant in Paris

Maslow, i visited the birth of this lovely restaurant in March before they opened with a friend of mine, i saw the bones, i understood the vision, i knew something incredible would come of it from the mind of someone who would have to have a precise and passionate level of insanity. Upon revisiting, i was delighted by the juxtaposition of intelligent architecture and class to the casual yet efficient vibe from the staff and overall atmosphere. the music was great, and the staff had a level of relaxation and determination that was relieving to experience as someone in the industry. the food, where do i start? the tapas selection had diversity and class, simplicity and integrity. the menu is simple, more or less 12 items to choose from, with an intelligent wine selection, making decision come naturally and easily. i had 5 dishes from this lovely menu and couldn’t believe it was vegetarian. The chef has such great knowledge of food that simply tastes great, and what to do with the vegetable without losing its integrity. i left feeling full and satisfied, there isn’t anything on the menu i don’t recommend.

i would say for a party of two, 4 items is sufficient, be sure to share, and i definitely...

I went in because of all the positive reviews. Frankly, the food was disappointing… not sure what the hype is about. The dishes we had were pretty bland, definitely not refined. The menu is vegetarian friendly, but the vegetarian food we had was below average. You can easily tell that the chefs do not understand vegetarian food.

Service was mediocre, server came 10 minutes after we were seated, and then towards the end when he thought we were done. He wanted to give our table to someone else, while we were still waiting for desert. Do NOT recommend.

Edit: I responded via email to the request for additional information, but never received a reply. I guess that's a further confirmation of their attitude...

My girlfriend and I had very high expectations of the place. All the videos we have seen and all the reviews, but unfortunately, it was all disappointing when we went there.

Food was very basic and bland and most definitely not worth the price.

Service was poor! Our order got mixed up, and we ended up not receiving half of what we ordered, and when we complained, we were still not served the correct order. Raised the issue with the person in charge and there was no apology or accountability. Not even a sorry for the mistakes...

We am very disappointed by the food and service. Really, it was not worth the hype...
