This is my experience: I pre-order a game that includes as a first print bonus a booklet and a CD. I ask them if they will include these items and they say they will if they receive the items. They ship the game on release date WITHOUT the bonus items (and they received them, they published a photo of the game with the items on their website on release day). I receive the game and, surprised and disappointed, ask them about the missing items. They say they received the bonus items at a later date (a lie) and that my shipping option didn't fit them (they could have asked before shipping if I wanted another shipping option to include the bonus). And they have the nerve to say that, if I want them, I have to pay 15 euro and then they will ship them. So, they simply stole the bonus items that were supposed to be included with my game. Very unprofessional, I feel disappointed...

I bought a ds from there, which happened to have a slightly bumped screen, causing it's touchscreen to not work sometimes and don't work at all in the right. I went to the store and they said I couldn't refund my money, although their terms of sales say that all the products are guaranteed to functional. Read moreThere are a lot of video games stores in this area of Paris and while all have their own USPs, this one had a good vibe with a very good choice in the vintage section , clear and organised layout, and more importantly friendly and knowledgeable staff who seem genuily involved in the business and who are passionate about video games as well as some of the more "technical" stuff .
I even found a very limited edition of a game they were selling at the original retail price despite a much higher price tag on eBay .
