No joke……the cooking here is just like my mom’s. We had plans to come here for dinner one night, but then one night turned into two nights, and could’ve easily been 3-4 if we didn’t have reservations elsewhere.
The food is sooooo good, and the service above and beyond. It’s located off a busy street, but in a small corner. The owner/chef is a sweet young Vietnamese lady and has a teenage daughter that helps with service.

Read moreDelighted to find this little hidden gem tucked away in the corner but conveniently located right by République metro station. Yummy food served/made by super friendly and kind staff. Menu is small and it’s a no frills kind of place but clean and affordable - they offer a la carte or set menu during weekdays. Read moreWe had their rice vermicelli and it was sooo good we ordered it twice! The pickled veggies and fish sauce complimented the noodle so well. The beef noodle soup wasn’t as good as the rice vermicelli though. The broth wasn’t as rich as what we get in Toronto. It’s a small shop with no AC so lots of people opt to sit outside. Not kid friendly though as the washroom is tiny with no changing pad (common in a lot of Paris restaurants though).
