Great shop - bad customer service. I wanted to have a closer look on the rings and approached to the cashier since there was nobody else who could help any customer. I basically asked for “the rose rings” to try on and the lady at the cashier asked me to be specific about which one I wanted to try without showing it to me? :) I tried to describe and she showed me in total 3 rings (without asking anything about my size etc) and after trying 2 rings (at maximum 2 minutes) I said I wanted to have a closer look on the rings in general if possible. She said I need to go back and first choose what I want to try and come back again because she has customers to take care of? She had all of the rings just in front of her but she doesn’t want to show it? At that time there was only 1 person who just came and I believe I don’t need to remind that I’m also a customer who waited at least 5 minutes before she slowly took care of the other customer. I left the place without purchasing anything after this...

Grand passionné de disney et collectionneur je décide de passer faire plusieurs achats dans cette magnifique boutique lors de mon séjour de 4 jours la semaine dernière. Cette boutique est un paradis pour les fans comme moi, je décide donc d’acheter pour 300€ d’objets.

Le vendeur Sasha, déballe chacun de mes articles devant moi (jusqu’ici je trouvais cela très bien car cela permet d’éviter les mauvaises surprises en rentrant) hors après validation que cela me convient, le vendeur vous remet chaque produit dans son carton de manière rapide et « bourrin » en forçant sur certaines parties de l’objet car c’est toujours plus difficile à remettre à l’intérieur du polystyrène.

Résultat en rentrant chez moi je retrouve ma statuette de remy avec la peinture fissurée et craquelée au niveau de la queue (partie sur lequel le vendeur a forcé car il n’avait pas mis le polystyrène dans le bon sens) et ma gargouille phantom manor a un trace de peinture qui a sauté car il n’a pas remis la protection sur le visage comme elle y était au déballage.

N’étant pas du tout de paris, je suis de de Toulouse je ne peux bien entendu pas me faire échanger au minimum ma statue de remy qui présente le plus gros défaut.

Je suis extrêmement déçu que mes articles n’est pas été traités avec plus de soin surtout quand vous dépensez autant...

The jewelry section at this Harrington Disney Paris Park was SOooooo BAD. Did not offer any assistance and closed shop earlier than other stores. Very surprised for a Disney...
