Had a very disappointing experience here! Over priced, awful service, awful food. We had made a reservation but there was no separate line for those who had reservations so we were off to a slow start to begin, as walk ins were busy. We were at the table for 25 mins before ordering, I believe this is because we were sat on a small corner table and forgotten about, I ended up standing up at the table and caught many of the servers' attentions before being served. However, a waiter did come over during this time to ask me to get off my seat so that another customer could plug their phone into the charger, the only spare plug socket was right next to my chair legs and being in the corner, I was made to move for them to reach it. Said customer then proceeded to interrupt us throughout the meal to check their phone. Service was very slow and uncomfortable, servers were not friendly or approachable. We ordered food and drinks when we were eventually served as we had PLENTY of time to look at the menu. Only after being seated for 25 minutes was I made aware that the steakhouse was out of actual steak... The waitress suggested steak skewer, although I would have preferred to get a real steak somewhere else we were starving. The drinks, 2 soft drinks, took a further 7 minutes. The food came out quick but cold. When asked if everything was okay, I told the server the food was cold. The food was then reheated and reserved. The only thing that had been warmed was the plate, a common phenomenon that happens when you reheat food in a microwave. On to the food, the steak skewer was cold and tough but cooked to medium rare as I had ordered. The potatoes things were awful, as cold potatoes tend to be. The peas were actually nice but could not redeem the whole dish. My friend ordered the chicken and did not dare eat it after finding it to be raw (picture attached). We did pay the bill in full, as we were so fed up and frustrated any further correspondence with the staff there would have had us in tears of frustration. I am not able to post the receipt as Google thinks I am violating privacy, there are no names on it. But, fyi Steak skewer: €32 Soft drink, 30cl: €5

Booked table for a certain time, had my disabled little brother with me, still had to wait 10minutes to be seated. Once the guy came and got us and took us to the table, we the. Didnt see him for another 15mins. He then came and took our order and we asked for water doe the table, nothing came. We asked twice more still no water arrived for the table bit others were getting it around us. Then our meal came out my steak was more burnt than well done, my brothers steak was not well done, however hr was wating it. He then choked on a bit of steak and noone around us came to check on him toake sure he was okay. They were more interested in moving the couple who had been sitting next to us to a different table because of what happened. Hopefully they never choke!!! Then the head waiter came over a good 10mins later to ask if we were okay to which we were able to say yes we were but that the meal was horrendous. And that we had also asked for water 3 times for the table and nothing had appeared. He then went to get this for himself. Then two bottles appeared together! I'm sure they had to go running down to a spring at thunder mountain for the water the length of time it took. The pudding were mediocre bjt my friend and brother enjoyed them. But I can categorically say I will never set foot back in this establishment anytime i am at disney. Worse place ever.

This was pretty meh and the most disappointing meal we had at Disney, more like 2.5 stars to be fair. We were on the meal plan, all the other restaurants were nice (Chez Remy, Manhatten), with lovely staff that made you feel the experience was special. I found the interior quite oppressive but that is the theme I guess. Caesar salad starter was nice. Annoyingly they brought my little boys main while we were all still eating our starters which in my view is really poor service and the waitress seemed unable to understand why this was not OK. His main was awful, chopped steak which we thought would be sliced steak, was just a tasteless burger mess. He hated it so he shared our mains which were really average, steak was tough and I left lots. Dessert was just OK. Our main waitress was lovely (not the previous one), but we were ignored for ages waiting to pay for drinks with the waiter being pretty rude when we asked to pay. Overall, I wish we'd gone elsewhere, it felt really rushed and not special at all, i was so full and the courses kept coming so quick! FYI,- kids menus at DLP are really random and my son wasn't a fan, boiled eggs and salad feature heavily! I hope Disney take note of this review... we planned this as a nice dinner for our final night as we love steak but it was a total bummer... we will never be back

I went to this place in the evening on a Monday. It was not so busy but yet the service was very slow. The staff was Disney nice but messed up the order. We asked for a well done steak and it came out close to rare. Then it took them 10 minutes to make the same steak well done. So when one person was eating the other waited for their food. Now let’s talk about the food. The food was not great. We ordered the Smoked BBq rib and the flank steak. The ribs had a tomato sauce underneath the ribs (not great). And we’re really dry. The flank steak like I mentioned was ordered well done and it came out rare. The server Sarah or the other staff members could have definitely given and apology or free desert or something. The best thing about this place was the desert. Chocolate brownies with ice cream. I would not recommend to eat here but at least go in and see the place and it’s decor.

I don’t recommend at all. 1: The portions are not like the pictures, I ordered a steak with potato wedges, green beans and corn on the cob, the image on the menu included a good size steak handful of potatoes and handful of green beens with a full corn on the cob, what I received was a steak the size of my palm, four burnt and dry potatoes a couple of green beans and a FOURTH of a corn on the cob :( 2: the price does not justify the portions. (30-50 euros) 3: the food quality is low. It’s cold when served, meats are dry and leathery, and most things taste like straight out of a microwave dinner pack. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else, the hotdogs by main street are 10 times better. Pictured: my “medium” steak compared to my sisters “rare”. Tell me it’s not burt to a crisp I dare you lol.
