L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE — Local services in Torcy

I thing one of the clerk is rude . When I went in the morning, I saw a set of three hand creams, and a box, and I asked the clerk if I could choose what I like, and she said yes. However, I went to other stores because I needed to wait for my friend to reply with her choice. Then I went back to the store in the afternoon and picked out everything for the other clerks to settle. I noticed another clerk didn't give me the box, so asked for confirmation, and finally she gave it to me. At first, I was confused why she didn't give me the box, if I didn't ask, she probably wouldn't give it to me. Isn't this a rule of the product? Then, my family came over and asked if she had given me the box. I told my family what happened in the language of my country. Suddenly, she slammed the box and my stuff down on the table and put everything in place roughly. We don't think we have any problems. If it's the first clerk's fault, she doesn't have to vent to us 🙂 The product is good, but I don't understand what happened to her. Let's have a bad experience...

Une vendeuse très désagréable qui ne voulait pas qu'on teste les produits car "si vous testez c'est pour acheter, si c'est juste pour sentir vous avez sephora pas loin", quelle est le principe de tester alors si on doit absolument acheter le produit par la suite ? J'ai l'habitude d'acheter dans cette enseigne mais je ne reviendrai plus dans le magasin de la vallée village. De plus, la vendeuse soupçonne chaque client étranger de vouloir voler quelque chose vu comment elle vous suit et observe chaque fait et geste. Je pense que la vendeuse doit avoir l'habitude des touristes donc ce n'est pas possible d'avoir un comportement pareil. De plus, je suis quand même rentré avec plusieurs sac de boutique de luxe, je ne voix pas comment la vendeuse aurait pu penser que je puisse voler dans un l'occitane. D'ailleurs, les vendeurs des autres boutiques sont beaucoup plus polie et chaleureux, il doit y avoir une différence de formation du personne sur l'acceuil des clients. Puis ma sœur a essayer une crème pour les mains et n'a pas apprécié du tout l'odeur donc s'est lavé les mains au lavabo mis a disposition, la vendeuse nous a repondu "si vous voulez vous laver les mains, il y a des toilettes pas loin". Par la suite, j'ai eu le malheur de faire tomber ma pince a cheveux qui m'a value des regard insistant de la même vendeuse. Je ne rentrerai plus jamais dans cette boutique qui est pourtant très belle mais la vendeuse ne represente pas du tout l'esprit de...

The asian employee was horrible. First of all, I brought one thing and she said only this? with her eyebrows up.
