If i could rate 0 stars i would !!! We Just had the WORST experience ever in this place.. 3 of us went for my 50th birthday. We sent 5 steaks back as we're cooked completely wrong. They got our meals muddled up. Then I was served a poached egg which they had also had to replace which EXPLODED ALL OVER ME. MY FACE. MY EYES AND EVEN PICKED BITS OF EGG IN MY BRA!!! IT WENT ALL OVER THE TABLE, FLOOR .. NEVER CLEANED IT UP UNTIL I COMPLAINED....AND MY DESIGNER £400 HOODY 😡😡😡😡.... They said they would get it dry cleaned but we are on the last day of our holiday and didn't have time to have it dry cleaned in the mall.....they first said they would give me 30 euros to get it dry cleaned in England then did a u turn and point blank refused to remburse me and said we didn't have to pay for the meals.... that only 1 of us ate... why would anyone pay for something they've sent back 5 times and not even eaten !! I literally had scalding hot egg on my face Eyelashes and hair

I'm absolutely MORTIFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE LACK OF CONCERN.. they even had the audacity to say nothing was their responsibility and as it was my egg it was my fault 😤 WHAT THE ACTUAL ....

Absolutely disgusting customer service and highly disappointing to be treated this way 😒 when we did nothing to deserve any of this Especially we were in there for a big special end to celebrate my birthday and spend on a lavish meal .. WHAT A LET DOWN 👏.

This restaurant is by far the worst restaurant I have been to. First off, the food took about half an hour to come out to us. Secondly, we ordered the hake fish & chips, the chips were nice but the hake was not so good. It tasted like it was sat in a freezer for a year but worst of all the inside was STILL FROZEN thank god I noticed it early enough I had only eaten a small bit of the fish but the inside was still pink and frozen. It feels like they waited till last minute to make our food and then stuck the fish in the microwave for a minute or two and called it a day. We had to ask multiple servers until one eventually stopped to answer us as they kept walking past us into the kitchen ignoring us, we asked them could we just get a kids meal instead as we had waited a long time and the rest of us were done eating and we were told that we couldn’t get a kids meal for a 15 year old kid, (Who the event happened to) we eventually had to settle for a chicken burger. Even the burger was not anything spectacular, considering one of us had eaten raw meat before this. The bill was €100 for 5 people which after what had happened should have probably been lower. After all I would not recommend going here as one of us could have been food poisoned by RAW...

It's crowded and have queue but the table rotation is quite fast. They always ask what drink you want first so you better know what drink you want. I gave 5 for the service because they are walking really fast to tend to everyone and if you don't see them smile, they are humans, they are tired too sometimes 😄 Présentation wise , I think the food needs a little bit of lettuce or some sides apart from the fries just to make it more appealing and standing out. I took the XL steak . Also, I suggest a small serving of ketchup to come with the fries so that way, the waiter won't make unnecessary trips to bring the ketchup bottle when the customers requests for it. The price is a bit expensive compared to the one I had last night at another restaurant but , hey . It's tourist area, let's calm down. I love the meat though.Soft and tender and smoky .Just perfect. I sat right at the direction of the heater so I got my side ear slowly cooked too but Ok . You are forgiven . If you guys want to know if you should queue and eat here,YES.... You...
