Nous attendions notre tour en regardant les différents modèles quant, une Dame a pris la suite de Denis, un jeune homme adorable. Là, ça a complètement changé.... Une demoiselle a dit 'on change de personne pour la vente', en criant, plutôt qu'en parlant. C'était très désagréable. Elle a verrouillée l'accès au Coin chaussuresavec un bandeau. Une autre de ses collègues a "braillée" "quelles pointures", en s'adressant aux 3 ou 4 personnes intéressées par des chaussures. C'était pire que dans un magasin de fripes de mauvaise banlieue. Votre personnel doit être sélectionné plus correctement et, formé très sérieusement. La vulgarité semble être le moyen de communiquer, de certaines de vos vendeuses, du moins des 2 auxquelles j'ai eu affaire. Nous venons chez vous depuis fort longtemps et, c'est la 1ère fois que nous avons ce type "d'accueil". J'ai cherché, en vain, un manager, ou un référent, sans succès ....
