Ignored my food allergy despite making it very clear. If you can't cater for allergies then you shouldn't be serving food. Should have read the reviews before going in.
Took us ages to make an order, kept constantly ignoring us.. we should have left at that point.
I asked for salmon pasta with red sauce, not white sauce because I'm lactose intolerant.. I made it v v clear and the waiter acknowledged my intolerance. I am severely intolerant and just some dairy might cause severe stomach upset.
We were a party of 8, and everyone got his order, mine came 45 min late, after everyone had finished their food.. I thought that was because they were making sure it has no dairy.. after I had finished half my plate my wife noticed that the pasta sauce was pink rather than red.. I unfortunately hasn't noticed. We searched for someone to ask whether this sauce had dairy, but no one around to ask , so my wife went to speak to the waiters, asked them if there was dairy in the plate. Their answer was we don't know.. we r busy.. nothing we can do.. she explained it was an allergy and it's a serious issue, we need to know.. their answer was the chef made plenty of plates today, know way to know.
Only after insisting on speaking to the manager did we then know that it contained cream.
They cancelled our bill in return but doesn't really make up for it. Had horrible stomach cramps all night, when we were meant to be going to Disney the...
Read moreWell.. according to the waitress, this restaurant is owned by the brand, where most of them are independent investor. I notify her that my kid portion is weirdly small, actually half than we use to get in another Del Arte close to our home (Rosny2).. look by your self in the picture.
She told me, "Sir, this is actually the real size that it should be given, we prepare only half of the plate". Really? 10cm per 10cm square lasagna...
I like Del Arte but.. this is the last time I will come in this one... Finally the 10yo kid have to eat part of my adult portion to have enough to eat. This is really disappointing.
Except this, the service was ok, not unpleasant but not welcoming.
The pizzas were good sincerely but this portion issue drop the star to one. Moreover the gorgonzola gnocci was waaaaayyy to cooked.. the gnocci was like mashed potatoes... Taste good but not even close to a gnocci texture.
The atmosphere was good, table was clean and as well as the...

I would give this store (I can’t even bear to write them down as a restaurant to begin with) a minus 5 star if ever possible.
From the moment we walked into the store, greeting was horrendous. She looked like someone had owed her a million dollars, no hint of customer service and rudely told us that we could not consume a simple bottle of mineral water bought from elsewhere. Understanding that the above was policy, we told them repeatedly that we would purchase their water and drink that instead, but the greeter’s face remained grumpy.
After being seated, we noticed the store was filled 10-15%, but nobody attended to us for a good 10 minutes.
After ordering, drinks were left at the bar counter and they failed to serve it to us for another good 5 minutes.
Food was mediocre at best, it doesn’t deserve the 3 stars it has on...
