I tried the Bowl named “Greek Love” and I must say, it was really delicious. Definitely a recommendation worth to all the salad liking people and also to the ones who usually might hesitate when it comes to Salad. The proportion of every topping is nicely balanced within the bowl, which makes the end result look good, taste good and prevents it from being too much from just one of the 5 toppings. The place is clean, has tables to eat inside and outside. It is a salad restaurant, which has a good variety and it offers you the option to create your own bowl if wished. Ingredients are fresh and high quality. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß und selbst bei Unverträglichkeiten ist an Veganer und Personen mit Milchunverträglichkeit sowie Glutensensitivität gedacht. Die Preise sind sehr gut und das Konzept einmalig in Lübeck: Endlich gesunde und leichte Kost in der Mittagspause. Die Mitarbeitenden sind offen und nett.

Kritikpunkte gibt's wegen der "kühlen" Atmosphäre (mehr Deko wie ansprechende Bilder sowie indirekte Wandbeleuchtung und wärmende Sitzkissen für die Holzbank) sowie der fehlenden Möglichkeiten das Dressing separat zu erhalten sowie Essig und Öl zum persönlichen Verfeinern am Tresen bereit gestellt zu bekommen. Die Verwendung von Meersalz ist empfehlenswert.

Aber das kann ja noch kommen 😉 Der Laden muss sich schließlich erstmal rumsprechen, es müssen Gewinne gemacht werden und anschließend kann das Geld in die genannten Kritikpunkte investiert...
