Pizzeria Novella — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

From the outside it looks kind of unassuming but the pizzas are exceptional - easily the best pizza I’ve had in Wiesbaden. Honestly the best pizza I’ve had anywhere for some time.

The dough is perfect. The sauce is both light and packed with flavour and the toppings are delicious.

Next time I’m going to order a marinara though because finally I might have found somewhere round here that I trust to do one right.

I’ve tried a loot of pizzas in Wiesbaden and this is mow my favourite! (One of the best ones I’ve tried in Germany for sure) The dough is perfect, quality of food is very good and the combination of ingredients on pizza are just so much better than in other places (even the cheese they use), just like it should be. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 coffee, after we asked 1 glass water from coffee bar then stuff offered buy water in bottle, I was really surprised that water after espresso it’s charged…and it’s Italian cafe?
