I’ve tried a loot of pizzas in Wiesbaden and this is mow my favourite! (One of the best ones I’ve tried in Germany for sure) The dough is perfect, quality of food is very good and the combination of ingredients on pizza are just so much better than in other places (even the cheese they use), just like it should be. Guys that work here are super nice, the place is comfy, but the pizza is just perfect😍😍🤤🤤 Please try it if you’re in Wiesbaden and want some real pizza, because they really know what they’re doing, that’s how pizza should taste!

Wir hatten Pizza zum Abendessen. Diese wurde frisch im steinofen gebacken und war von der Größe her vollkommen in Ordnung. Geschmack ist immer schwierig. Ich für meinen Teil war absolut zufrieden während meine Begleitung eine Pizza Margarita mit Salami hatte welche zwar gut war aber die Tomatensoße doch ziemlich stark im Vordergrund zu schmecken war. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Preislich war alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Was man jedoch als Gast nicht braucht ist die offene lagerung im Bereich zu den Toiletten. Hier könnte man sich mit einem Schrank behelfen das sieht dann schon ganz anders aus. Ebenfalls nicht okay war der Zustand der Toilette. Hier war die komplette Brille und Deckel lose das Toilettenpapier war leer und der Ständer der für Ersatz sorgen sollte war sowohl leer und die Schrauben locker. Das repariert man bevor die Gäste kommen.

5 stelle! Una vera pizzeria italiana nel cuore di Wiesbaden! La Pizzeria Novella è un piccolo angolo d’Italia, autentico e accogliente. Finalmente una pizzeria che non si limita a “fare la pizza”, ma la celebra come arte: impasto leggero, ben lievitato, ingredienti freschi e genuini, cottura perfetta nel forno a legna — ogni morso è un ritorno a casa per chi conosce la vera pizza italiana. Il personale è cordiale e sorridente, con un’attenzione sincera verso il cliente. Il servizio è rapido e impeccabile, anche nei momenti più affollati. Qui si respira un’atmosfera familiare ma curata, dove nulla è lasciato al caso. Assolutamente da provare, e da tornarci. Consigliatissima.

From the outside it looks kind of unassuming but the pizzas are exceptional - easily the best pizza I’ve had in Wiesbaden. Honestly the best pizza I’ve had anywhere for some time.

The dough is perfect. The sauce is both light and packed with flavour and the toppings are delicious.

Next time I’m going to order a marinara though because finally I might have found somewhere round here that I trust to do one right.

If you’re after a deep dish or New York style pizza maybe this isn’t the spot for you. This is Neapolitan pizza done...

We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 coffee, after we asked 1 glass water from coffee bar then stuff offered buy water in bottle, I was really surprised that water after espresso it’s charged…and it’s Italian cafe?
