My boyfriend and I went diving with Meltemi, located beside FarOut Beach Club, and our overall experience was amazing. Having never dived before, the staff were incredibly friendly and made the entire experience very comfortable. I was particularly nervous about diving, as I'm not very comfortable with the ocean and was worried I might panic being so deep underwater. However, the staff made everything very easy and were always there to help and reassure us. We opted for the shore dive, which was perfect for me. We still went pretty deep, about 5 meters, and got to see some fascinating sea life and explore around the shore. My boyfriend enjoyed it so much that he's already booked another dive from a boat. I couldn't recommend Meltemi enough for anyone looking to try diving, whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience.

There are 2 dive shops on the island. My 2 boys and I were trying to book a dive a couple months in advance with the bigger dive shop but we couldn't book on their site and it was hard communicating with them via email so we contacted these guys and Matt was on it and got me and the kids setup and confirmed in no time. Roland was our dive master and this guy is awesome and patient with my 12 & 13 year old and we did 2 awesome dives together. They are a new shop with all brand new gear and go the extra mile and I was happy to support them. If you want to dive Ios island this is the place to do it! Thanks guys!!!!!

Die Nummer 1 auf Ios – Meltemi Dive Center Es war eine wunderbare Zeit auf Ios mit dem Meltemi Dive Center. Karin und Roland, ein supernettes Paar aus der Schweiz, haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und umfassend informiert. Die Basis liegt optimal am Mylopotas-Strand. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das Equipment befindet sich in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Mehrere Tauchgänge vom Strand und vom Boot aus wurden absolviert. Die Organisation und die Abläufe waren perfekt gestaltet. Kundenorientierung und Service werden bei Karin und Roland sehr großgeschrieben. Bei ihnen hat die Sicherheit allerhöchstes Gebot, dennoch kommen der Komfort, Spaß und die Freude nicht zu kurz. Wir haben viel gelacht und gelernt, uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Basis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke für die tolle gemeinsame Zeit, Jeannette und Martin.

I have booked two dives with meltemi dive centre. The first one was at the ship wreck and the second one was at the spot called the mountain. Both spots were really nice. The visibility was pretty good because of the crystal clear water. The equipment of meltemi dive centre was very good. There is nothing to complain about it. Special thanks to my guide Gabriel!
