Great views but it is a hike to get here. From Oia side it’s very steep and will take you time and few breaks. From other side a bit chiller but stil it’s a long hike for anyone. The view is great and it is very windy here for long time. Take water with you, a hat and go with HIKING SHOES I have no idea to who I need to say it but it’s stupid to go in flip flops. There are no shops on the way so go prepared. But very worth it.

A great little spot to stop if you’re hiking Oia to Fira or vice versa and also to view the sunset. The view of Oia from here is stunning. Definitely recommend on taking lots of water and sunscreen in the summer as it can get really hot and there’s no shade. It is quite an intense hike to get here and don’t recommend in doing this unless you are wearing comfortable covered shoes. The views are absolutely worth it.

Best view for the sunsetlittle Most people gather somewhere close to the ruins of the castle to see the most beautiful sunset in the world. but it's crowded. If you want a great look by yourself and are not afraid to do some hiking, walk up to the Ekklisia Profitis Ilias just outside of Oia, just 20 minutes from the town centre.
