Wowzers! What a completely lush day! Lambros took us to a whole host of lesser known gems in the Kefalonia Geopark including some ghost villages, terrifying precipices and beautiful lakes. I’m not a very fit person and was very worried I wouldn’t keep up, but the e-bikes allowed me to get up the hills easily and enjoy adventure with my family! We enjoyed some delicious Kefalonian snacks and to top it all off, Lambros took us to a gorgeous glade and we had an unforgettable archery session!

We had a fantastic guided bike tour of Sami and around Sami Geopark with Lambros! He took us to a couple of secluded caves (like Melissani cave but no tourists), some fun but totally beginner-friendly mountain bike trails, a ghost village abandoned after the 1953 earthquake, and an amazing lunch at a farm near Sami where we saw how they make feta. Lambros took very good care of us, making sure everyone was comfortable and safe on the bikes. We had a mix of ebikes and regular mountain bikes (Orbea), all in great condition and well serviced.
